MEET COACH AMELIA
I am a physician by training and a coach by nature, professionally certified in both. Helping others to see, believe and achieve their amazing potential is what I do. I have a gift for inquiry - asking the questions you didn't know you needed to answer - and for listening - tuning into those key pieces in your story and reflecting them back to you. Conversations in coaching create the space for you to discover all the greatness you have within and it is my joy and honor to share this experience with you!
I know we all have the power to turn our dreams into reality. As a life long fitness fan(atic!?!) I had a dream of owning a gym. That became reality in October 2017 with the opening of Inconceivable Fitness (originally CrossFit Inconceivable) in Ashland, Oregon. This coincided with the 30th Anniversary of my first true love, The Princess Bride movie, and has been inspired by the many beautiful messages since that time.
After many pivots, the physical space of the gym closed but the energetic presence persevered. Live Inconceivable is the continuation of a dream in the form that is free from the limitation of location. Harnessing the core concepts of coaching, curriculum and connection and recognizing that they are the foundation of love, and that love can look different for each person.
For me, love will always include movement. Expanding to include mindset has been life changing, and really life saving, for me, in really difficult chapters of life.
Live Inconceivable Seasonal Inspiration is a new evolution of dream into reality and I can't wait to see what transpires for you!
